Fullfillment Policy

Scope: Applies to all orders for custom sukkah parts shipped to regions supported on our website.

1. Order Processing & Payment Authorization

  • At checkout, we place an authorization hold on your card for the full estimated order amount.

  • The authorization hold remains valid for up to 7 days.

2. Inventory Confirmation

  • We verify material availability within 7 days of your order.

  • If inventory is confirmed within 7 days:

    1. We’ll call you to review any final customizations.

    2. Upon your approval, we capture the authorized amount.

  • If inventory cannot be confirmed within 7 days:

    1. The authorization hold will expire.

    2. We will notify you to discuss next steps, including placing a new hold once stock is secured.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Once payment is captured, production and delivery take between 1 week and 1 month, depending on the complexity of your custom build.

  • We ship only to the regions you select on our website. You will receive tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

4. Out-of-Stock Situations

  • If any part is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss:

    • Substitutions (where possible)

    • Modifications to your build

    • A full refund, if no acceptable alternative is found

5. Damaged or Defective Parts

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery.

  • Report any damage, defect, or missing part within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below).

  • We will replace any damaged or defective parts at no cost.


Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting us.

  • Restocking Fee: 30% of the order subtotal will be deducted from your refund to cover materials and handling.

2. Additional Charges

  • If your final build requires more materials than originally authorized, we will collect the additional amount during our confirmation call.

  • If you choose not to proceed with the additional charge, your order will be canceled and refunded (minus the 30% restocking fee).

3. Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation or order modification.

4. Returns for Damage/Defects

  • For parts confirmed damaged or defective, we ship replacements at no cost—no return of the original parts is necessary unless we specify otherwise.
